We have an online resource covering Unconscious Bias (CUBIAS19). This module takes you through definitions, examples and different scenarios all around the theme of ‘Unconscious Bias’. The videos and content will help you to identify what discrimination and bias looks like and the steps you can take in eliminating these. The content covers examples relating to many of the protected characteristics including age, disability, race and ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender.
