Female scientists database containing current qualification profiles of more than 3,000 female scientists from German-speaking countries who have completed their doctorate or qualification. They come from all disciplines and work in universities and non-university research institutions, industry and business. With /femconsult, CEWS offers universities, research institutions and ministries an effective instrument for recruiting female scientists for management positions as well as advisory and decision-making bodies. Users of /femconsult benefit from an increased visibility of their individual scientific profile through their entry in the database.
