This report seeks to contribute to bridging the talent gap by promoting the inclusion of women across the private, public, and academic sectors. We aim to:
- Provide a fact base for the dialogue on gender diversity in Denmark by laying out the latest data on female representation in leadership, including research and entrepreneurship, and STEM.
- Present new evidence on the hurdles faced by
women throughout their career journeys, derived from a case study on gender imbalances in STEM. - Inspire parents, educational institutions, communities, workplaces, government, and broader society to take concrete action, and to inform these groups about the most effective interventions.
